"Excellent Support for My Online Order"
I ordered a new mountain bike online for delivery, but when it arrived, I found several problems that I wasn't pleased with, thanks to some mistakes from Beeline. I reached out to them about returning the bike, and they were super apologetic. After chatting through email and phone, we worked out a deal where I kept the bike and got a partial refund to fix the issues. I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt it was important to mention that Beeline took responsibility right away and really went above and beyond to provide solid customer service to sort things out. (I still had the choice to send the bike back and get a new one if I wanted.) Not every purchase goes off without a hitch, but what really matters is how problems are handled, and Beeline definitely exceeded my expectations. I appreciate that and will keep shopping with you in the future. Thanks a lot!

"Awesome help with frame warranty issue"
I got in touch with Beeline Oxford recently about a problem I was having with a hardtail I bought three years ago. When I brought the bike to the shop, they promptly reached out to the manufacturer and filed a warranty claim for me. They sorted everything out fast, got a new frame, and had the bike rebuilt in just a week. I can't praise their customer service and professionalism enough. They really went above and beyond.

"Awesome service with a smile"
I popped in to grab a new lock. Andreas was super helpful and really knew his stuff, so we ended up talking about bikes for a bit, and John jumped in too. Because of that, I figured I’d get my next bike from them. They haven't always been this friendly at Bee Line, but today was a great experience.

"Purchased a mountain bike for shipping"
I bought a mountain bike for delivery. When it showed up, I just had to put on the front wheel and handlebars, and it was good to go. But, the gears needed some adjusting, and the hydraulic brakes required bleeding, which cost me an extra £55. I thought this would be taken care of after dropping over £1000 on the bike.

"Recently purchased a Trek Domane AL2"
I recently got my hands on a Trek Domane AL2, and I gotta say, everything's looking great. It arrived in the original packaging, nicely packed and delivered super quick.

All I need to do now is put on the handlebar, seat post, and the front wheel, and then it’ll be ready to hit the road.

"Beeline's Attitude Needs a Tune-Up"
I had a rough time getting my bike fixed at this place. I took it in for a couple of easy repairs: pedals and some brake cables. The mechanic was pretty unfriendly right off the bat when I brought up the Government 'fix your bike scheme.' He dismissed my bike, saying, 'That's an old bike,' and tried to convince me that the super rusty pedals could work without straps! It felt like he was just trying to avoid doing the job. I had to explain how dangerous that was, as it could snap at any moment and cause an accident! I ended up sounding more knowledgeable than he did. Then he tried to push some cheap £9 pedals on me, which I turned down, asking for something better instead.

He scheduled me for an appointment 11 days later and insisted I bring the bike in first thing in the morning for same-day service, refusing to take it later that day. Since I was working that morning, I had to travel to Oxford a day early just to drop it off. The next day, I waited until 4 PM with no text or call. I had to go back to the shop only to find out my bike still wasn’t ready! I ended up waiting until nearly 5 PM to pick it up, feeling like 'the least valued customer.'

Funny enough, I ran into another customer at the door who had brought their bike in at 4 PM for same-day service too—talk about favoritism! I won’t be returning to that shop and definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

"Ordered a bicycle through Beeline in..."
I ordered a bicycle through Beeline in Oxford. There was a minor hiccup with the delivery, but the support team really went the extra mile to fix it. I'm super impressed with the customer service and would definitely purchase again and recommend them any day. What a fantastic crew!

Today, Mark took care of swapping out the chain rings, cassette, and chain on my winter road bike. The Covid safety measures were excellent. He did the job quickly and efficiently while I sipped on a coffee just down the street.

"Solid Bike Shop Experience"
I placed an order for a set of Shimano Claris double STI levers (shifters) with this company, but they mistakenly sent me a triple lever set instead. After reaching out via email and phone, they offered either a refund or a replacement, mentioning that the original part I wanted wouldn’t be in stock for about three weeks.

I explained that I had already installed the levers along with the included gear and brake cables. Taking everything apart to return the item would be a real hassle and would leave me without my bike for three weeks until the correct part arrived. I told them I was willing to keep the incorrect order and make the necessary tweaks to the triple shifter to fit my double chainring, provided they could refund me 50% of what I paid (which was £80).

They got back to me and asked for a photo of the code number on the triple lever, which I promptly sent. To my surprise, I soon received an email from Paypal notifying me of a refund from Beeline Bicycles for £79.99; basically, a full refund.

This shows a level of decency and generosity from Beeline Bicycles in Oxford for a genuine mistake, and it’s something I really appreciate, especially in these tough economic times. You can shop here with confidence. Many thanks!

"Claiming Warranty"
I had a mishap with my Cervelo bike, and it took the manufacturer forever to sort it out. But Beeline was super persistent, and after a lot of effort on my part, they managed to get me a replacement bike. The team is friendly and really knows their stuff.
